The crowd rose to their feet as GoooooL's Leonard Cluceru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João Augusto Barbosa. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Lúcio Pitta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Lúcio Pitta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihăiţă Ştefulescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonard Cluceru got free with João Augusto Barbosa in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Nas Horas Vagas F.C getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Zé Mello hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiberiu Andone in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Augusto Barbosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tiberiu Andone took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Augusto Barbosa. João Augusto Barbosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tiberiu Andone 34 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Conrado Camargo to strike the kick off in the second half. Mihăiţă Ştefulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Pitta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 minutes GoooooL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lúcio Pitta who took care of the corner kick. João Augusto Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiberiu Andone, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 61st minute Tiberiu Andone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, GoooooL's Tiberiu Andone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Augusto Barbosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Mihăiţă Ştefulescu made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Conrado Camargo sent off a good shot on target. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's João Augusto Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codrin Şoimaru in the 82nd minute of play. João Augusto Barbosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiberiu Andone went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. After 90 minutes of play, GoooooL's Leonard Cluceru made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Augusto Barbosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! GoooooL's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
