Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Higinio Illan started the match with the kick off. When Conrado Camargo came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Nas Horas Vagas F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Camargo couldn't finish the play. 5 minutes into the match, Nahitantino's goalkeeper Israel Vergaray had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conrado Camargo. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's João Augusto Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Bonifaco in the 6th minute of play. After some careless play in the Nas Horas Vagas F.C defense, Generoso Bonifaco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Augusto Barbosa. The Nas Horas Vagas F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Augusto Barbosa should have stopped the shot. Higinio Illan took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Augusto Barbosa. João Augusto Barbosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Lúcio Pitta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Vergaray having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Eladio notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Nas Horas Vagas F.C's João Augusto Barbosa. João Augusto Barbosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Generoso Bonifaco might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Augusto Barbosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Generoso Bonifaco ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Illan in the 25th minute of play forced Nas Horas Vagas F.C's goalkeeper João Augusto Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nahitantino's Israel Vergaray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Camargo in the 27th minute of play. Lúcio Pitta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Illan came free, but João Augusto Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Clodoveo Caetano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Augusto Barbosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Nelson Dantas hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute of the match Jonas Lertxun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Augusto Barbosa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 44th minute, Clodoveo Caetano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nahitantino fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After the first half Nahitantino were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conrado Camargo to make the kick off. Lúcio Pitta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Israel Vergaray read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Illan came free, but João Augusto Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higinio Illan took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Augusto Barbosa. João Augusto Barbosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. The supporters of Nahitantino booed when Nas Horas Vagas F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Fernando Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. Higinio Illan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. João Augusto Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albertinho Netto charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albertinho Netto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The long shot by Jonas Lertxun in the 67th minute really tested João Augusto Barbosa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Higinio Illan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. João Augusto Barbosa came out and tried to block the shot, but Higinio Illan slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Higinio Illan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. João Augusto Barbosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Higinio Illan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nahitantino's supporters rose to their feet, but Higinio Illan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Augusto Barbosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Generoso Bonifaco got free with João Augusto Barbosa in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Augusto Barbosa was a little too slow when Saturnino Clementi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-9. João Augusto Barbosa made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Generoso Bonifaco sent off a good shot on target. João Augusto Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Eladio in the 93rd minute of the match. The Nas Horas Vagas F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nahitantino were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
