Christian Rocio hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Atlético Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Tiadoro came free, but Fermin Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anacleto Franco in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fermin Santos saved Atlético Nacional from getting behind. Eustaquio Tiadoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eustaquio Tiadoro made a kick off. Fermin Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Rosio, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. He walked away shaking his head. Marcial Rosio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Evelio Refugio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Atlético Nacional getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Bendito Sea El Fernet's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luciano Marz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Tomás Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Precioso in the 95th minute of the match. When the match was over Bendito Sea El Fernet could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Atlético Nacional throughout the match.
