After 3 played minutes Minerul Baita -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Corneliu Nae. After a rather tough play, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Cornel Mihai got a free kick in the 8th minute. Aurelian Vârlan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peiter Rotaus in the 10th minute. Aurelian Vârlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nick Fleman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walder Germund kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute of the match Corneliu Nae sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hasan Bræmdal skillfully saved the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Cosmin Bobeica had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hasan Bræmdal. FC Hyklerne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cosmin Bobeica was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Aurelian Vârlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peiter Rotaus in the 22nd minute of the match. Hasan Bræmdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolae Mandache, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Cornel Mihai charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cornel Mihai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th match minute, Minerul Baita -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornel Mihai to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, Peiter Rotaus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurelian Vârlan. Minerul Baita -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peiter Rotaus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After the first half Minerul Baita -MM- were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to Minerul Baita -MM- getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Cosmin Bobeica hit a great ball. After 60 played minutes FC Hyklerne got a freekick which was hit by Asmind Eirdorf. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosmin Bobeica in the 62nd minute of play forced FC Hyklerne's goalkeeper Hasan Bræmdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Hyklerne booed when Minerul Baita -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxim Grecescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mathias Metzon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Hyklerne's Edward Arnspang got a free kick in the 67th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Cosmin Bobeica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minerul Baita -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cosmin Bobeica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hasan Bræmdal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolae Mandache in the 71st minute. When Corneliu Nae fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minerul Baita -MM-'s protests and gave Corneliu Nae a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Corneliu Nae got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Cosmin Bobeica dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Aurelian Vârlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peiter Rotaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stefan Lyngsov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aurelian Vârlan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. If Asmind Eirdorf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Hyklerne booed when Minerul Baita -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Grozuță didn't get a good kick on the ball.
