After a rather tough play, Nahitantino's Clodoveo Caetano got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Israel Vergaray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mitel-Abraão Mazard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaac Mazard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Israel Vergaray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute of the match, Simon Berbiz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Diguinho Damião was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Diodato Cordaro charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diodato Cordaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Diodato Cordaro kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Israel Vergaray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitel-Abraão Mazard in the 23rd minute of the match. Isaac Mazard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. YESHUA F.C's Mitel-Abraão Mazard got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Israel Vergaray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Mazard in the 27th minute of play. In the 36th minute Mitel-Abraão Mazard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Vergaray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Mitel-Abraão Mazard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Israel Vergaray was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 39 minutes into the match, Nahitantino's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Mazard came free, but Israel Vergaray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diguinho Damião showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Illan, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Higinio Illan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Diguinho Damião came out and tried to block the shot, but Higinio Illan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mitel-Abraão Mazard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Nahitantino's goal looked a bit too open when Diodato Cordaro came free, but Israel Vergaray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Caetano in the 55th minute of play forced YESHUA F.C's goalkeeper Diguinho Damião to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Clodoveo Caetano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nahitantino fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When Mitel-Abraão Mazard came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the YESHUA F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mitel-Abraão Mazard couldn't finish the play. Dedé Luz charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dedé Luz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th match minute, YESHUA F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dedé Luz to maneuver through the defense. Diguinho Damião made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Caetano in the 66th minute of play. Josué Mattos kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Nahitantino made a substitution. Saturnino Clementi replaced Simon Berbiz. After a rather tough play, YESHUA F.C's Josué Mattos got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Nahitantino's zone, Mitel-Abraão Mazard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Israel Vergaray came out of the goal and Mitel-Abraão Mazard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nahitantino's Israel Vergaray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Mazard in the 90th minute of play. YESHUA F.C's Diguinho Damião played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Illan in the 93rd minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
