Academia 1903's Primo Speranza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Dodorol in the 12th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Dodorol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Primo Speranza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The throw-in from Aldo Zumiel in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Academia 1903's Lucien de Neutere. After 23 minutes of play, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Mikolaj Giertych made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Primo Speranza was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Academia 1903 defense, Mikolaj Giertych kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Primo Speranza. The Academia 1903 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Primo Speranza should have stopped the shot. A collision led to ..Villa Rugby Club.. getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Aldo Zumiel hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Timoteo Columbo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia 1903's supporters rose to their feet, but Timoteo Columbo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Lampe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aldo Zumiel hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Aldo Zumiel made in the 38th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mikolaj Giertych however managed to control. Primo Speranza came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Baldomiro Dodorol. But to his dismay, Baldomiro Dodorol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timoteo Columbo made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Timoteo Columbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Lampe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Geambașu made in the 57th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Baldomiro Dodorol immediately put the ball in play. After a defensive mix-up in ..Villa Rugby Club..'s zone, Timoteo Columbo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Lampe came out of the goal and Timoteo Columbo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Jonathan Norino was substituted for Cavad Lider. ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Enrique Gaur was substituted for Valentin Geambașu. ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Carlos Saúl Menem was substituted for Mikolaj Giertych. Baldomiro Dodorol came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Primo Speranza could save by the left post. Primo Speranza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Saúl Menem in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timoteo Columbo in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Lampe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute, Lucien de Neutere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gérard Magyar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Lampe having to make a save. 89 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Saúl Menem came free, but Primo Speranza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Carlos Saúl Menem recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Primo Speranza. Carlos Saúl Menem showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. The ..Villa Rugby Club.. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
