In the 11th minute Aureliano Karlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urmet Rammu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Falckner FC's attentive Epifanio Seme managed to snatch the ball when Germano Bettencourt made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aureliano Karlo in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Urmet Rammu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 20 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Karlo came free, but Urmet Rammu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliano Karlo in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urmet Rammu saved Falckner FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Cebrian got free with Roberto Eztebe in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aureliano Karlo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Urmet Rammu having to make a save. 35 minutes into the game, Isidoro Cebrian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Falckner FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC FUSION the free kick. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Falckner FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Cebrian didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 39 played minutes AFC FUSION got a freekick which was hit by Paul Vase. After a defensive mix-up in AFC FUSION's zone, Gianluca Vialli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto Eztebe came out of the goal and Gianluca Vialli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urmet Rammu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gianluca Vialli in the 55th minute of the match. Isidoro Cebrian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Eztebe having to interfere. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianluca Vialli in the 71st minute of play. Falckner FC were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after AFC FUSION's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Prudencio Quintyn took the corner. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Falckner FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Rozarius didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Andres Maiorga in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AFC FUSION's Germano Bettencourt. Aureliano Karlo scored 0-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Urmet Rammu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th minute, Gianluca Vialli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Falckner FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The Falckner FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AFC FUSION were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
