Teodoro Havier's late challenge caught a Achtung Babies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodoro Havier helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Simbo FC's Teodoro Havier got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute, Diego Tajo made a precise shot to the right of Octavio Lauaxeta. Simbo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Santiago Beltrán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nair Galarza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santiago Beltrán made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Brion in the 13th minute. Jesus Conrao charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jesus Conrao the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th minute, Jesus Conrao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victoriano Banegas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Santiago Beltrán made a huge save. Octavio Lauaxeta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Tajo went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute Diego Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Lauaxeta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Cris Miró in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Achtung Babies's Adan Txeru. 36 minutes into the match, Achtung Babies's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Jurdan came free, but Santiago Beltrán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Beltrán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nair Galarza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesus Conrao kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Santiago Beltrán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nair Galarza in the 43rd minute of the match. If Jonas Brion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nair Galarza in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santiago Beltrán saved Achtung Babies from getting behind. The Simbo FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Achtung Babies were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victoriano Banegas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Santiago Beltrán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nair Galarza in the 50th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Diego Tajo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Octavio Lauaxeta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Simbo FC's Segundo Neron was substituted for Rogelio Gombal. Santiago Beltrán made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nair Galarza in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Achtung Babies getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Felipe Peña hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goalkeeper Octavio Lauaxeta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jesus Conrao. Santiago Beltrán made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nair Galarza in the 74th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Nair Galarza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santiago Beltrán. Achtung Babies's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nair Galarza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 80th minute, Mauricio Jurdan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eriberto Florinio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, Octavio Steven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiburcio Enetz made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nair Galarza however managed to control. In the 93rd minute Victoriano Banegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Beltrán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Simbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Brion to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle went the supporters of Achtung Babies were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Simbo FC side.
