Aureliano Obeko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Tajo in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Diego Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Obeko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute Hermengildo Dalmai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Obeko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Amado Jordy. In the 16th minute, Diego Tajo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aureliano Obeko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Achtung Babies getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Jesus Conrao hit a great ball. After 21 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Leguizamón. 23 minutes into the game, Nicanor Florinio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Santiago Beltrán. Nicanor Florinio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 33rd minute, Felipe Peña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute Gaspar Sabin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Beltrán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliano Obeko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Dalmai, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 41st match minute, Achtung Babies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Peña to maneuver through the defense. Santiago Beltrán made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Florinio in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Louis. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hermengildo Dalmai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a left leg Santiago Beltrán saved Achtung Babies from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Tajo came free, but Aureliano Obeko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Santiago Beltrán, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Diego Tajo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Achtung Babies's supporters rose to their feet, but Diego Tajo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aureliano Obeko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eustacio Eder's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aureliano Obeko firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 86th minute Diego Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Obeko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Amado Jordy got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 90th match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Mannie to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Leones FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Achtung Babies a penalty, 96 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hermengildo Dalmai, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Leones FC's Aureliano Obeko. 2-5.
