After having played for 9 minutes, Alfonso Musso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ★Independiente Ψ★'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Musso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel-Omar Batista in the 10th minute of play forced Aves Negras's goalkeeper Marcial Bakar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel-Omar Batista took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcial Bakar. Marcial Bakar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 24th minute Gabriel-Omar Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Bakar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aves Negras's attentive Alejo Goyo managed to snatch the ball when Nicolas Salomon made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, ★Independiente Ψ★'s goal looked a bit too open when Guter Tobia came free, but Maximiliano Iigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as ★Independiente Ψ★'s Gabriel-Omar Batista slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcial Bakar. That made the score 2-0 after 33 minutes of play. 38 minutes into the match, Gabriel-Omar Batista notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Aves Negras's Marcial Bakar. Marcial Bakar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Gabriel-Omar Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the ★Independiente Ψ★ defense, Guter Tobia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximiliano Iigo. The ★Independiente Ψ★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximiliano Iigo should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guter Tobia to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Aves Negras's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel-Omar Batista came free, but Marcial Bakar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximiliano Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Perico in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel-Omar Batista in the 62nd minute of play forced Aves Negras's goalkeeper Marcial Bakar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66thth minute of the game Gabriel-Omar Batista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aves Negras's Marcial Bakar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcial Bakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel-Omar Batista in the 68th minute of the match. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Maximiliano Iigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save ★Independiente Ψ★ from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, ★Independiente Ψ★'s Lázaro Rufo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Aves Negras made a substitution. Efrain Artal replaced Guter Tobia. ★Independiente Ψ★ made a substitution. Glenn Sande replaced Nicolas Salomon. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Aves Negras's goalkeeper Marcial Bakar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Aves Negras getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jurand Banas hit a great ball. Alfonso Musso struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Marcial Bakar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ★Independiente Ψ★. 91 minutes into the game, ★Independiente Ψ★'s Gabriel-Omar Batista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcial Bakar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Maximiliano Iigo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Efrain Artal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-2 in the 94 minute of play.
