The ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Luis Rius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Jarrod Leary proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Racing Miami Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. Luis Rius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Jarrod Leary had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Rius. In the 22nd minute, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Luis Rius dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 27 minutes into the match, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's goal looked a bit too open when Trey Echols came free, but Oso Prato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Rius in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jarrod Leary, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 33rd minute Trey Echols shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oso Prato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Dobromir Bentkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Trey Echols in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oso Prato prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Racing Miami Futbol Club were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rodney Hagen took the corner. Sydney Trujillo made in the 38th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Alfredo Xacintu. After a rather tough play, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Aurelio Cebrian got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Racing Miami Futbol Club getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Curt Boggs hit a great ball. After having played for 54 minutes, Alfredo Xacintu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Xacintu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Oso Prato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trey Echols in the 60th minute of play. Racing Miami Futbol Club made a substitution. Truman Crockett replaced Rodney Hagen. Racing Miami Futbol Club were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Truman Crockett took the corner. After a rather tough play, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Trey Echols got a free kick in the 76th minute. After some careless play in the Racing Miami Futbol Club defense, Efrain Incendio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jarrod Leary. The Racing Miami Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jarrod Leary should have stopped the shot. After 83 played minutes Racing Miami Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Dave Sylvester. Efrain Incendio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paata Gagnidze hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 90th match minute, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Xacintu to maneuver through the defense. Truman Crockett could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Oso Prato made a huge save. Oso Prato made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Truman Crockett sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Miami Futbol Club's zone, Efrain Incendio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarrod Leary came out of the goal and Efrain Incendio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Racing Miami Futbol Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ.
