Cesario Roma made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Teofilo Salomon sent off a good shot on target. 4 minutes into the match, Düsseldorf FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Corderro came free, but Stelios Kopanaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, BFC 1982's Cesario Roma got control of the ball when Teofilo Salomon tried to sneak it across the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, BFC 1982's goalkeeper Cesario Roma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofilo Salomon. With a little luck, BFC 1982's Cesario Roma got control of the ball when Qiu Lin Yi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 11 minutes, Ziemowit Czerwinski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Düsseldorf FC and the BFC 1982 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teofilo Salomon got free with Cesario Roma in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Calvino in the 29th minute of play forced BFC 1982's goalkeeper Cesario Roma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesario Roma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Olivar in the 34th minute of the match. When Alvaro Calvino came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Düsseldorf FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Calvino couldn't finish the play. Cesario Roma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Calvino in the 39th minute. Teofilo Salomon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Cesario Roma made a huge save. After a rather tough play, BFC 1982's Jaime Segio got a free kick in the 41st minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Calvino to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Alvaro Calvino put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cesario Roma. Cesario Roma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Salomon, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Alvaro Calvino scored 2-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cesario Roma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cesario Roma came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Düsseldorf FC's Dalmacio Olivar. But to his dismay, Dalmacio Olivar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 71st minute, Teofilo Salomon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cesario Roma was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Edelmiro Beremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Stelios Kopanaras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute Alvaro Calvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesario Roma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesario Roma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qiu Lin Yi in the 89th minute of the match. Cesario Roma didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Calvino went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. If Teofilo Salomon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Alvaro Calvino sped through BFC 1982's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cesario Roma.
