The audience was convinced that Nils-Emil Blomkvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yánez Aldaeta was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 4th minute, Bartolomé Matheus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glenn Danzig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Villanueva, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s zone, Casimiro Villanueva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Glenn Danzig came out of the goal and Casimiro Villanueva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute of the match Club Atlético Univ. UASD got a corner. ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Casimiro Villanueva ran over to the corner to take the kick. Club Atlético Univ. UASD's Yánez Aldaeta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doctor Lorenz in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Villanueva in the 27th minute of play forced ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s goalkeeper Glenn Danzig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Univ. UASD's Vinicio García got a free kick in the 28th minute. Glenn Danzig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Palma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yánez Aldaeta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Emil Blomkvist in the 40th minute of play.

Casimiro Villanueva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Omar Palma hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. With a little luck, ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s Glenn Danzig got control of the ball when Omar Palma tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hanley Morrison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antoine Chassot in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yánez Aldaeta saved Club Atlético Univ. UASD from getting behind. ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pier Meyer in the 61st minute. After taking down the ball on ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s corner Pier Meyer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yánez Aldaeta quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, ☠ Metal Militia ☠'s Glenn Danzig got control of the ball when Casimiro Villanueva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Omar Palma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Glenn Danzig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ☠ Metal Militia ☠ made a substitution. Yánez Aldaeta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Pier Meyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute.
