Nemesio Handi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ariel Piearres in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Bartolo Goiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nemesio Handi. Karasuno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolo Goiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 25 minutes into the match, Karasuno's goalkeeper Nemesio Handi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ariel Piearres. In the 28th minute Haroldo Mancio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio Handi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karasuno's Nemesio Handi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Karasuno from getting a goal against them. Roque Dorio came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Karasuno's Dé Velloso. But to his dismay, Dé Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ariel Piearres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Nemesio Handi made a huge save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bartolo Goiz was the one to do the kick off. Nemesio Handi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Goiz in the 51st minute of play. Cachilo FC:s Roque Dorio showed great skill when he stopped Maxi Fernandez:s penalty. 59 minutes into the match, Bartolo Goiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nemesio Handi. Karasuno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolo Goiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Cachilo FC made a substitution. Osvaldo Leheren replaced Ariel Piearres. In the 93rd minute, Donato Lizardi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cachilo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Cachilo FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
