An unexpectedly hard shot by Lavrits Liljehult in the 15th minute of play forced Loco De Remate's goalkeeper Okanalp Öksal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th match minute, Deportivo Pucho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Thomas to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Claudio-Paul Caniggia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Okanalp Öksal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clodoveo Christobal got free with Józef Mlynarczyk in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Deportivo Pucho's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
