Aureliusz Adamski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo De Jonge having to interfere. After some careless play in the ◄19A10► ZRYW Jedlno defense, Ferdinand Weijnants kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Grzegorz Karpiak. The ◄19A10► ZRYW Jedlno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grzegorz Karpiak should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diederick Englebert in the 23rd minute of play forced ◄19A10► ZRYW Jedlno's goalkeeper Grzegorz Karpiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, ◄19A10► ZRYW Jedlno's Nicolás Pavlovich sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teo De Jonge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinand Weijnants got free with Grzegorz Karpiak in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Diederick Englebert took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Grzegorz Karpiak. ◄19A10► ZRYW Jedlno's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Teo De Jonge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerzy Ochylski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jerzy Ochylski got free in front of the goal in the 47th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Teo De Jonge was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.
