The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacob Person during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of KFC Vliegplein booed when Tango en Miami FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacob Person didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Tango en Miami FC's Carson McCann got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Graham Kearney was the one to do the kick off. The KFC Vliegplein fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teo De Jonge should have stopped the shot. Jacob Person kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Graig Davenport took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diederick Englebert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Tango en Miami FC's Graig Davenport got control of the ball when Matthew Lijsens tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Tango en Miami FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while KFC Vliegplein had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
