The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Charles Björkqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Rios in the 2nd minute of the match. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Here Comes the Hammer's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Max Valdez was slow to take the kick. During this time REAL COHOLICS's players had a chance to rest. After a defensive mix-up in REAL COHOLICS's zone, Marko Persson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Peren came out of the goal and Marko Persson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Valdir Velloso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emanuel Peren was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. The Here Comes the Hammer fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Here Comes the Hammer's Valdir Velloso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Valdir Velloso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuel Peren having to make a save. Emanuel Peren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdir Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, REAL COHOLICS's goal looked a bit too open when John Eriksson came free, but Emanuel Peren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir Velloso in the 14th minute of play forced REAL COHOLICS's goalkeeper Emanuel Peren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franklin Quintero during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Here Comes the Hammer booed when REAL COHOLICS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franklin Quintero didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the REAL COHOLICS defense, Valdir Velloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emanuel Peren. The REAL COHOLICS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuel Peren should have stopped the shot. Charles Björkqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Max Valdez in the 30th minute. Emanuel Peren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdir Velloso in the 33rd minute of the match. Emanuel Peren came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Here Comes the Hammer's Valdir Velloso. But to his dismay, Valdir Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Lucho Morales made in the 36th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Franklin Quintero however managed to control. Lucho Morales made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Here Comes the Hammer's Tord Spetz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir Velloso in the 41st minute of play forced REAL COHOLICS's goalkeeper Emanuel Peren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Peren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdir Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jose Rios stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The goalkeeper, Emanuel Peren, was totally fooled by Here Comes the Hammer's Marko Persson, who 56 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 65th minute, Valdir Velloso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emanuel Peren. The goal made the score 0-6. Valdir Velloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Here Comes the Hammer's Valdir Velloso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emanuel Peren. That made the score 0-7 after 71 minutes of play. Here Comes the Hammer's Carlinhos Félix was substituted for Valdir Velloso. 79 minutes into the match, REAL COHOLICS's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Félix came free, but Emanuel Peren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Peren didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Here Comes the Hammer's Carlinhos Félix shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-8 in the ordered_time% minute. Carlinhos Félix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Emanuel Peren made a huge save. Emanuel Peren was a little too slow when Murilo Maranhense got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 0-9. If Carlinhos Félix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Here Comes the Hammer's Carlinhos Félix was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 97th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Here Comes the Hammer eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
