Edgardo Henry got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-0 in the right cross in the 23rd match minute before Jens-Ola Mellberg had time to react. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sonstorps Fotboll's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Mellberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Olof Arvidsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgardo Henry could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Jens-Ola Mellberg made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ulrik Isaksson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sonstorps Fotboll's Jens-Ola Mellberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Barros in the 76th minute of play.
