Tyrell Cochran hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Leonard Hinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiktor Wojton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 minutes of play Atlético Patoruzu's Dirk McMillian was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Atlético Patoruzu getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Dirk McMillian hit a great ball. With a little luck, Atlético Patoruzu's Waldo Hills got control of the ball when Emil Dunajski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th match minute, Abandon All Hope was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikolaj Scislowicz to maneuver through the defense. If Juliusz Wisniewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucjan Borczak charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucjan Borczak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lucjan Borczak hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Atlético Patoruzu's Tyrell Cochran got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emil Dunajski was the one to do the kick off. Michal Arendarski hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Atlético Patoruzu's Tyrell Cochran got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th minute Geoff Ackerman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiktor Wojton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, Atlético Patoruzu's Tyrell Cochran made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After 70 played minutes Atlético Patoruzu got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Hinton. Michal Arendarski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geoff Ackerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Wiktor Wojton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Abandon All Hope booed when Atlético Patoruzu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Hinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Abandon All Hope supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Atlético Patoruzu's performance. The match ended with a win for Atlético Patoruzu.
