The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jefferson Barreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michael Forss during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to La vecchia signora getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Michael Forss hit a great ball. Clóvis Loyola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michael Forss went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Gunnar Nordahl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to La vecchia signora getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Svante Vestlund hit a great ball. After 16 played minutes JURIDIQUES F.C got a freekick which was hit by Carl-Chester Derby. After 26 played minutes JURIDIQUES F.C got a freekick which was hit by Carl-Chester Derby. The referee felt a red card was in order, 30 minutes into the game, when Wilson Pitta put in a rough tackle. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for JURIDIQUES F.C! Clóvis Loyola had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Malcolm Vollander's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 32nd minute, Malcolm Vollander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La vecchia signora fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Tomas Dahlqvist scored 0-3 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clóvis Loyola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Clóvis Loyola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Forss in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Herman Arvidsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. JURIDIQUES F.C were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after La vecchia signora's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luciano Coutinho took the corner. The corner ended in Luciano Coutinho almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but La vecchia signora's Thomas Ravelli did a great save. JURIDIQUES F.C's Dé Vargas got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of JURIDIQUES F.C booed when La vecchia signora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Forss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gunnar Nordahl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Dahlqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. JURIDIQUES F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Gunnar Nordahl scored to the left of an out of position Clóvis Loyola, making the score, 0-4. After having played for 59 minutes, Tomas Dahlqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La vecchia signora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Dahlqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Clóvis Loyola came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by La vecchia signora's Tomas Dahlqvist. But to his dismay, Tomas Dahlqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Gunnar Nordahl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Tomas Dahlqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Clóvis Loyola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Herman Arvidsson took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clóvis Loyola. Clóvis Loyola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. When Herman Arvidsson came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the La vecchia signora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herman Arvidsson couldn't finish the play. In the 84th match minute, La vecchia signora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herman Arvidsson to maneuver through the defense. When the match had been going on for 84 minutes Luciano Coutinho shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Thomas Ravelli when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Guilherme Cardozo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thomas Ravelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. In the 91st minute, Tomas Dahlqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La vecchia signora's Tomas Dahlqvist was, in the 91st minute, rewarded a free kick which he blasted straight towards the goal. The goalkeeper seemed frozen by the shot, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went outside of the right post. Tomas Dahlqvist took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clóvis Loyola. Clóvis Loyola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. La vecchia signora played a much better game than JURIDIQUES F.C and deserved their victory. The JURIDIQUES F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
