Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eloy Alvarez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Daniel Păvăloae didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eloy Alvarez went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the FMArgentina defense, Martín Palermo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ismael Bernad. The FMArgentina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ismael Bernad should have stopped the shot. In the 16th minute Martín Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Bernad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind FMArgentina's goalkeeper Ismael Bernad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ismael Bernad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martín Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Metal Juniors were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after FMArgentina's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonatan Dantae took the corner. After taking down the ball on Metal Juniors's corner Eloy Gaufred fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ismael Bernad quite easily take care of the ball. In the 33rd minute, Martín Palermo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ismael Bernad was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Martín Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Martín Palermo struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Ismael Bernad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Metal Juniors. After a rather tough play, FMArgentina's Humberto Cisco got a free kick in the 41st minute. Martín Palermo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ismael Bernad having to make a save. In the 46th minute Moises Gombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Păvăloae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Martín Palermo made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Martín Palermo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ismael Bernad. FMArgentina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martín Palermo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. When Metal Juniors's Martín Palermo in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FMArgentina's goalie prevented a goal. Ismael Bernad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martín Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martín Palermo in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Bernad saved FMArgentina from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martín Palermo in the 73rd minute of play forced FMArgentina's goalkeeper Ismael Bernad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FMArgentina getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Jacinto Viviano hit a great ball. 78 minutes in the game Nicolas Telmo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Moises Gombal. In the 86th minute, Jacinto Viviano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th match minute, Metal Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Nayely to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Sergio Dennis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Bernad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Telmo made in the 95th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Metal Juniors's Timoteo Gorosti. Sergio Dennis might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Bernad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sergio Dennis ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Metal Juniors fans cheered their team off the field, for while FMArgentina had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
