Grzegorz Szamotulski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martín Palermo in the 18th minute of the match. Grzegorz Szamotulski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martín Palermo went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Puste Kufle Siemianowice's Grzegorz Szamotulski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martín Palermo in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Metal Juniors's Emilio Bibiano got a free kick in the 24th minute. Grzegorz Szamotulski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martín Palermo went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Grzegorz Szamotulski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martín Palermo in the 32nd minute of play. The wind increased when Wincent Kosowski made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Martín Palermo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grzegorz Szamotulski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Daniel Păvăloae made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Damian Pryla sent off a good shot on target. If Martín Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the game, Puste Kufle Siemianowice's Tomás Feliu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Păvăloae made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 66th minute Martín Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Szamotulski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5-1 became the score in the 68th minute when Martín Palermo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Metal Juniors's Sergio Dennis was substituted for Martín Palermo. Metal Juniors's Miguel Sotero was substituted for Yani Abalos. Metal Juniors's Haroldo Nayely was substituted for Jonatan Dantae. Grzegorz Szamotulski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Dennis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Metal Juniors's Miguel Sotero was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Grzegorz Szamotulski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Grzegorz Szamotulski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Dennis, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Sergio Dennis might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Grzegorz Szamotulski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sergio Dennis ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th minute Tomás Feliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Păvăloae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Puste Kufle Siemianowice booed when Metal Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Dennis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Bogumil Cielencki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puste Kufle Siemianowice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Metal Juniors the free kick. A collision led to Puste Kufle Siemianowice getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Bogumil Cielencki hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute Sergio Dennis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Szamotulski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Puste Kufle Siemianowice's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
