The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martín Palermo to strike the kick off in the second half. Daniel Păvăloae made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Jairo Selatse sent off a good shot on target. Metal Juniors's Eloy Gaufred managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Adan Bartuelo in the 56 minute of the game. 56 minutes into the match, ALIDIM FOR EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Martín Palermo came free, but Herminio Gizon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Ramon Pueblo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Păvăloae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Gelmiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Daniel Păvăloae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ALIDIM FOR EVER's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
