Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Martín Palermo started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, ARGIES's Benigno Jatsu got a free kick in the 2nd minute. ARGIES's Best Castray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martín Palermo in the 4th minute of play. Daniel Păvăloae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Belmiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Pueblo took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Păvăloae. Daniel Păvăloae dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Daniel Păvăloae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Lizar in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Metal Juniors's Eloy Gaufred dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Daniel Păvăloae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Lizar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martín Palermo took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Best Castray. Best Castray dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Martín Palermo scored 4-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Best Castray, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to ARGIES getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Lázaro Peio hit a great ball. Best Castray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martín Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Eloy Gaufred hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliciano Belmiro made a kick off. A collision led to Metal Juniors getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Eloy Gaufred hit a great ball. When Metal Juniors's Martín Palermo in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ARGIES's goalie prevented a goal. ARGIES's Best Castray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martín Palermo in the 57th minute of play. Metal Juniors's Daniel Păvăloae proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Metal Juniors from getting a goal against them. Juan Pueblo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Metal Juniors made a substitution. Miguel Sotero replaced Yani Abalos. 67 minutes into the match, Metal Juniors's Sergio Dennis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Best Castray narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Metal Juniors's Daniel Păvăloae got control of the ball when Juan Pueblo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Gervasio Favila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ARGIES's Pierre-Antoine Naudon was substituted for Feliciano Belmiro. ARGIES's Alfonso Palos was substituted for Jonathan Ferrari. In the 76th minute, Emilio Bibiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Pierre-Antoine Naudon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 84th minute, Justino Lizar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Păvăloae was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Metal Juniors fans cheered their team off the field, for while ARGIES had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
