Prospero Perico started the match with the kick off. Eusebio Rios kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's goal looked a bit too open when Sulo Montaña came free, but Feliberto Ipar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Gabriel Efraim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buturugã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lobos de Carelia were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after LOI's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ismael Tauro took the corner. The corner led to Lobos de Carelia's Gabriel Efraim getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. George Buturugã made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Efraim in the 11th minute. The supporters of Lobos de Carelia booed when LOI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özgür Özbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliberto Ipar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sulo Montaña's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After 20 minutes, Sulo Montaña made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lobos de Carelia's Feliberto Ipar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Feliberto Ipar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sulo Montaña in the 26th minute of play. LOI were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Lobos de Carelia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Habib Durukan took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Sulo Montaña managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Gabriel Efraim got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 32 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's goal looked a bit too open when Özgür Özbay came free, but Feliberto Ipar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prospero Perico in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Buturugã saved LOI from getting behind. Feliberto Ipar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sulo Montaña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute of the match LOI got a corner. Lobos de Carelia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Habib Durukan ran over to the corner to take the kick. LOI made a substitution. Eriberto Segio replaced Kaan Öztanır. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sulo Montaña to strike the kick off in the second half. Lobos de Carelia's Feliberto Ipar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sulo Montaña in the 52nd minute of play. Feliberto Ipar was a little too slow when Sulo Montaña got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Ursino in the 57th minute of play forced LOI's goalkeeper George Buturugã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Sulo Montaña notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Lobos de Carelia's Feliberto Ipar. Feliberto Ipar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lobos de Carelia's Feliberto Ipar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Lobos de Carelia from getting a goal against them. Özgür Özbay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Feliberto Ipar made a huge save. Feliberto Ipar made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Özgür Özbay sent off a good shot on target. Feliberto Ipar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sulo Montaña, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. LOI's Tayyip Taylan was substituted for Habib Durukan. In the 78th minute LOI were awarded a corner. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on LOI's corner Ahmet Hamdi Ortan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Feliberto Ipar quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Lobos de Carelia's Feliberto Ipar got control of the ball when Özgür Özbay tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Sulo Montaña managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOI's supporters rose to their feet, but Sulo Montaña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliberto Ipar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. LOI's Kerimhan Cevher was substituted for Sulo Montaña. After having played for 84 minutes, Özgür Özbay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özgür Özbay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tayyip Taylan came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Feliberto Ipar could save by the left post. 88 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's goalkeeper Feliberto Ipar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Özgür Özbay. The LOI supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LOI would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
