FC Mims's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ercole Trivelli in the 10th minute. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Marcucci in the 13th minute of the match. Arturo Baciadonnes short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Carlos Germano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 31st minute Eustaquio Jaizki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Fiordelisi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Arturo Baciadonne lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Carlos Germano. Bianco Sabatini might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Germano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bianco Sabatini ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when FC Mims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabiano Castagna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute Eustaquio Jaizki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Fiordelisi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 minutes of play, FC Mims's Arturo Baciadonne made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Germano was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Arturo Baciadonne made the kick off in the second half. Edgard Barros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Attilio Fiordelisi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Pedro Rojelio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Attilio Fiordelisi. That made the score 3-1 in the 55 minute of play. In the 63rd minute FC Mims were awarded a corner. Ercole Trivelli went to the cornerflag to take it. If Bianco Feltrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Marcucci in the 67th minute of the match. Club Atlético Atlanta's Paolo Caradaro got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Edgard Barros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Dario Marcucci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Germano was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 76thth minute of the game Bianco Feltrin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 79th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Oihenarte to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Arturo Baciadonne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Germano was relentless in the 80th minute of the game.
