The Club Getafe Deportivo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Curcio Carballeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jairo Castellano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Grimaldi in the 15th minute of the match. Club Getafe Deportivo's Jairo Castellano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Grimaldi in the 17th minute of play. With a little luck, FC Mims's Attilio Fiordelisi got control of the ball when Vlad Ţăranu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Orlo Sarrate recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ercole Trivelli hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Bianco Sabatini made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Emilio Grimaldi. 31 minutes into the match, Vlad Ţăranu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attilio Fiordelisi. FC Mims's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vlad Ţăranu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 44th minute Curcio Carballeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Fiordelisi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Club Getafe Deportivo's Curcio Carballeira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Curcio Carballeira made the kick off in the second half. FC Mims's Attilio Fiordelisi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curcio Carballeira in the 52nd minute of play. Jairo Castellano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Andreola, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Frank Di Meo's late challenge caught a Club Getafe Deportivo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Attilio Fiordelisi came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Getafe Deportivo's Henrico Del Bosque. But to his dismay, Henrico Del Bosque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Getafe Deportivo fully deserved thier win.
