An unexpectedly hard shot by Nildo Chaves in the 30th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Attilio Fiordelisi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Bianco Sabatini in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by COURO COME FC's Aírton Faria. Nildo Chaves might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Attilio Fiordelisi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nildo Chaves ran back to his position shaking his head. Attilio Fiordelisi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nildo Chaves went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 39thth minute of the game Emilio Grimaldi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but COURO COME FC's Léo Sampaio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When FC Mims's Emilio Grimaldi in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye COURO COME FC's goalie prevented a goal. Emilio Grimaldi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enrico Improta to make the kick off. COURO COME FC's Léo Sampaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Di Meo in the 72nd minute of play. COURO COME FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
