When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Leonel Cordaro took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Edmond Verdun to make any attempt to save it. Jake Leonard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emílio Terra in the 43rd minute of the match. If Neron Veterini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Nilsson in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Joe Tate made the kick off in the second half. WINNING ELEVEN's Jake Leonard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save WINNING ELEVEN from getting a goal against them. In the 52nd minute of the match, Joe Tate tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jake Leonard saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, WINNING ELEVEN's Jake Leonard got control of the ball when Emílio Terra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonel Cordaro kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match.
