In the 6th minute VILLARREAL UNITED were awarded a corner. Delmar Campello went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Valentin Voicu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los once leones Ourense's Albano Unzueta did a great save. Baraxil Sarrate made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Nereo Cacheres sent off a good shot on target. Albano Unzueta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zadornin Puig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When VILLARREAL UNITED's Valentin Voicu in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Los once leones Ourense's Albano Unzueta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Voicu in the 25th minute of play. Dabi Vila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Baraxil Sarrate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. VILLARREAL UNITED's Baraxil Sarrate proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save VILLARREAL UNITED from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Voicu came free, but Albano Unzueta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 34 minutes, Valentin Voicu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VILLARREAL UNITED's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Voicu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Valentin Voicu came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the VILLARREAL UNITED fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Voicu couldn't finish the play. Valentin Voicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albano Unzueta having to interfere. When Valentin Voicu came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the VILLARREAL UNITED fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Voicu couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Pablo-Enrique Alabern kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baraxil Sarrate. That made the score 1-0 in the 48 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Valentin Voicu made the kick off in the second half. Albano Unzueta made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Valentin Voicu sent off a good shot on target. Albano Unzueta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Voicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 76th minute Pablo-Enrique Alabern shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baraxil Sarrate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baraxil Sarrate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Calvo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After 90 minutes of play, VILLARREAL UNITED's Valentin Voicu made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albano Unzueta was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 93rd minute, Valentin Voicu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VILLARREAL UNITED fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Thanks to some nice moves Jufran Van Landschoot could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Albano Unzueta however easily saved by the left post. The Los once leones Ourense fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. VILLARREAL UNITED were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
