A very good chance for a goal. 17 minutes into the match, FC Mims's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Voicu came free, but Attilio Fiordelisi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Emilio Grimaldi managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Mims's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Grimaldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baraxil Sarrate breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Valentin Voicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Mims's Attilio Fiordelisi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Voicu in the 20th minute of play. When VILLARREAL UNITED's Valentin Voicu in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Mims's goalie prevented a goal. After 22nd play minutes Valentin Voicu shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Attilio Fiordelisi and just under the crossbar into goal. FC Mims's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentin Voicu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Valentin Voicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Attilio Fiordelisi having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Antonello Bartolomucci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Attilio Fiordelisi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Voicu in the 44th minute of the match. Antonello Bartolomucci's late challenge caught a VILLARREAL UNITED's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonello Bartolomucci helped the player get up and apologised. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With a little luck, FC Mims's Attilio Fiordelisi got control of the ball when Valentin Voicu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ercole Trivelli charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ercole Trivelli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Mims fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! In the 93rd minute, Ercole Trivelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. VILLARREAL UNITED's Yusuf Kaya was substituted for Valentin Voicu. In the 95th match minute, FC Mims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ercole Trivelli to maneuver through the defense. After 96 minutes of play FC Mims's Ercole Trivelli was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ercole Trivelli kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Mims's zone, Nofre Madariaga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Attilio Fiordelisi came out of the goal and Nofre Madariaga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. VILLARREAL UNITED walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
