FC Mims's Amerigo Taranto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrico Del Bosque in the 7th minute of play. In the 11th minute of the game Víctor Feal made a throw-in which Curcio Carballeira played forward. Amerigo Taranto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curcio Carballeira in the 14th minute of the match. After 25 played minutes FC Mims got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Ronconi. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Vlad Ţăranu came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Amerigo Taranto could save by the left post. FC Mims's Amerigo Taranto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save FC Mims from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, FC Mims's Amerigo Taranto got control of the ball when Curcio Carballeira tried to sneak it across the goal line.
