INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s Fernando Perrando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save INDEPENDIENTE F.C. from getting a goal against them. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s Fernando Perrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kai Havertz in the 16th minute of play. Şenol Rehber might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Perrando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şenol Rehber ran back to his position shaking his head. The Altar SK 1283 fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Altar SK 1283's Kai Havertz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 32 minutes into the match, INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Kai Havertz came free, but Fernando Perrando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Matthías Šindelář hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE F.C. getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Justino Atarratze hit a great ball. Fernando Perrando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kai Havertz's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. 37 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Altar SK 1283's Kai Havertz fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE F.C. getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Miguel Avellaneda hit a great ball. Altar SK 1283's Petrică Lamru got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Batuhan Yalazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Salomon in the 45th minute of play. Balaban Ungur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Perrando having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kai Havertz to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balaban Ungur in the 51st minute of play forced INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s goalkeeper Fernando Perrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Justino Atarratze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kai Havertz in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Perrando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Altar SK 1283's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Petrică Lamru in the 59th minute. A nice corner shot did that Petrică Lamru got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fernando Perrando quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Kai Havertz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernando Perrando was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. After 62 played minutes INDEPENDIENTE F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Avellaneda. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE F.C. getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Cornelio Inge hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s Cornelio Inge got a free kick in the 64th minute. Şenol Rehber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Fernando Perrando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramon Salomon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Batuhan Yalazan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Batuhan Yalazan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Inge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Demircan Lokman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Santiago Veto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Altar SK 1283's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Inge came free, but Batuhan Yalazan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute Kai Havertz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Perrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Perrando came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Altar SK 1283's Kai Havertz. But to his dismay, Kai Havertz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Siro Millrick kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Kai Havertz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernando Perrando was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. After some careless play in the INDEPENDIENTE F.C. defense, Şenol Rehber kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Perrando. The INDEPENDIENTE F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Perrando should have stopped the shot. After 92 played minutes Altar SK 1283 got a freekick which was hit by Kai Havertz.
