The Black Devils fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Black Devils's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo Vinhas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Teofil Poremba put in a rough tackle. In the 58th minute there was a penalty for Black Devils. Black Devils's Hermengildo Feliz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wawrzyniec Charlap in the 79 minute of the game. In the 90th minute, Reynaldo Vinhas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Reynaldo Vinhas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cyryl Walkowski was relentless in the 94th minute of the game.
