Cedric Ceballos came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Teo De Jonge could save by the left post. Koen Rosbach kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Prospero Petri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Teo De Jonge made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Patay Juniors's Virgilio Ikatz got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, Patay Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Weijnants came free, but Cayetano Francho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The KFC Vliegplein fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of KFC Vliegplein booed when Patay Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Chesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teo De Jonge made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. With a little luck, Patay Juniors's Cayetano Francho got control of the ball when Eddy Laporte tried to sneak it across the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cayetano Francho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinand Weijnants, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teo De Jonge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Ledesma, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute of the match Patay Juniors got a corner. KFC Vliegplein's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Norberto Naelio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ferdinand Weijnants might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cayetano Francho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ferdinand Weijnants ran back to his position shaking his head. Cayetano Francho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octaaf Bosmans in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Eddy Laporte notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Patay Juniors's Cayetano Francho. Cayetano Francho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 90 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Ledesma came free, but Teo De Jonge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
