Endel Darmer hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6thth minute of the game Olle Jönsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 10 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Jönsson came free, but Teo De Jonge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Endel Darmer made in the 11th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Diederick Englebert immediately put the ball in play. Brutal DeLuxe's Rolf Pihlgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddy Laporte in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, Brutal DeLuxe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kim Deckbergh to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, KFC Vliegplein's Norberto Oskitz got a free kick in the 16th minute. Rolf Pihlgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddy Laporte in the 18th minute of the match. Eddy Laporte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 23 minutes, Diederick Englebert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Vliegplein's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diederick Englebert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olle Jönsson kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Olle Jönsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Teo De Jonge made a huge save. Rolf Pihlgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddy Laporte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 played minutes KFC Vliegplein got a freekick which was hit by Matthy Algoedt. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olle Jönsson was the one to do the kick off. Teo De Jonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olle Jönsson in the 51st minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Jönsson came free, but Teo De Jonge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 minutes KFC Vliegplein's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rune Bagge who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Brutal DeLuxe's corner Rune Bagge fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Teo De Jonge quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of KFC Vliegplein booed when Brutal DeLuxe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olle Jönsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rolf Pihlgren made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Diederick Englebert sent off a good shot on target. Diederick Englebert's late challenge caught a Brutal DeLuxe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diederick Englebert helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes KFC Vliegplein got a freekick which was hit by Diederick Englebert. Henrik Tham lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Eddy Laporte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Rolf Pihlgren made a huge save. With a little luck, Brutal DeLuxe's Rolf Pihlgren got control of the ball when Eddy Laporte tried to sneak it across the goal line. Endel Darmer got a throw-in 85 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Paul-Louis Jannes. After some careless play in the Brutal DeLuxe defense, Eddy Laporte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolf Pihlgren. The Brutal DeLuxe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolf Pihlgren should have stopped the shot. Teo De Jonge didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jimmie Vibjörnsson went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Rolf Pihlgren made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Eddy Laporte sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 95 in the game by Eddy Laporte from a close distance when the talented Rolf Pihlgren managed to make a qualified save. Brutal DeLuxe's players were relieved. Brutal DeLuxe were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of KFC Vliegplein for a fine match.
