Alcorcón were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Consejo del Mate's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nereo Acosta took the corner. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peyo Fonelleda in the 23rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the A.D. Alcorcón defense, Peyo Fonelleda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurino Serena. The A.D. Alcorcón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurino Serena should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute Erlantz Bermejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Consejo del Mate getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Bolo Bolaño hit a great ball. Belo Alvarez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Hugo Orlando Gatti skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Belo Alvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hugo Orlando Gatti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erlantz Bermejo in the 33rd minute of play forced Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goal looked a bit too open when Erlantz Bermejo came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save A.D. Alcorcón from getting a goal against them. Leroy Antunez replaced Belo Alvarez. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leroy Antunez in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Orlando Gatti saved Consejo del Mate from getting behind. In the 81stth minute of the game Leroy Antunez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena got control of the ball when Bolo Bolaño tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Consejo del Mate's Honorato Zambujal got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 90th match minute, A.D. Alcorcón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Mayor to maneuver through the defense. Erlantz Bermejo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugo Orlando Gatti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
