Che Reale struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Felix Laremans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Collins. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Che Reale in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Laremans saved Eendracht Vooruit from getting behind. Felix Laremans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Scotti went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Che Reale managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Collins's supporters rose to their feet, but Che Reale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Laremans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 19 played minutes AC Collins got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Santangelo. Bas Van der Vloedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Cannone having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Eendracht Vooruit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bas Van der Vloedt to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute of the match, Bas Van der Vloedt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Christian Cannone was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bas Van der Vloedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Cosimo Scevola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Collins's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eendracht Vooruit the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabiano Del Papa got free with Felix Laremans in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 59 minutes into the game, Che Reale recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Felix Laremans. Che Reale showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. AC Collins's Alfredo Lemma was substituted for Che Reale. Anselmo Scotti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albertus Maenhout's late challenge caught a AC Collins's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Laremans came out of the goal and Anselmo Scotti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
