Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Henry Alebäck started the match with the kick off. Casper Kleen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Beckers in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommi Claes in the 4th minute of play forced Mean Machine's goalkeeper Casper Kleen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mean Machine's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Adam Beckers scored to the left of an out of position Casper Kleen, making the score, 1-0. The supporters of Mean Machine booed when Eendracht Vooruit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pieter-Maarten Sneijers didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes of play, Eendracht Vooruit's Bas Van der Vloedt made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casper Kleen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Casper Kleen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bas Van der Vloedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casper Kleen made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Qwinten Vercammen sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the game, Henry Alebäck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mean Machine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eendracht Vooruit the free kick. Henry Alebäck hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Bas Van der Vloedt took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Casper Kleen to make any attempt to save it. Felix Laremans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Alebäck in the 29th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torsten Berglund in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Laremans saved Eendracht Vooruit from getting behind. Casper Kleen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommi Claes in the 33rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Henry Alebäck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Laremans was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. With a little luck, Mean Machine's Casper Kleen got control of the ball when Tommi Claes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th minute, Bas Van der Vloedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute, Qwinten Vercammen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Casper Kleen. The goal made the score 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bas Van der Vloedt to strike the kick off in the second half. Casper Kleen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bas Van der Vloedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Henry Alebäck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Felix Laremans made a huge save. Eendracht Vooruit's Paulus Volders was substituted for Bas Van der Vloedt. In the 70th minute Adam Beckers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Kleen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mean Machine's Casper Kleen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulus Volders in the 72nd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Mean Machine's goal looked a bit too open when Paulus Volders came free, but Casper Kleen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henry Alebäck did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-3 to the left of a surprised Felix Laremans 79 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the match, Eendracht Vooruit's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Alebäck came free, but Felix Laremans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry Alebäck in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felix Laremans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Casper Kleen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulus Volders, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eendracht Vooruit walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
