An unexpectedly hard shot by Timothy Van Goethem in the 8th minute of play forced KEZ Toppfotball's goalkeeper Bjørnar Bach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eendracht Vooruit's Tommi Claes got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bjørnar Bach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timothy Van Goethem, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Frode Todnem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KEZ Toppfotball's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eendracht Vooruit the free kick. Frode Todnem kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 19thth minute of the game Timothy Van Goethem who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KEZ Toppfotball's Bjørnar Bach was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Øyvind Bjerkan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Timothy Van Goethem took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bjørnar Bach. Bjørnar Bach dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timothy Van Goethem in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bjørnar Bach prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 28 minutes, Ask Vågenes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KEZ Toppfotball and the Eendracht Vooruit players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, KEZ Toppfotball was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ask Vågenes to maneuver through the defense. Bjørnar Bach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timothy Van Goethem in the 31st minute of the match. After 36 minutes, Tommi Claes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eendracht Vooruit and the KEZ Toppfotball players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bjørnar Bach stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timothy Van Goethem's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Bjørnar Bach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timothy Van Goethem in the 40th minute of the match. After 41 minutes of play KEZ Toppfotball's Ask Vågenes was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ask Vågenes hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Qwinten Vercammen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bjørnar Bach showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bjørnar Bach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timothy Van Goethem, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 45thth minute of the game Timothy Van Goethem who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KEZ Toppfotball's Bjørnar Bach was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timothy Van Goethem to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, one of KEZ Toppfotball:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KEZ Toppfotball. With a little luck, KEZ Toppfotball's Bjørnar Bach got control of the ball when Qwinten Vercammen tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Bjørnar Bach managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Eendracht Vooruit's Timothy Van Goethem fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pieter-Maarten Sneijers struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Bjørnar Bach didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eendracht Vooruit. Timothy Van Goethems short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Bjørnar Bach to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Bjørnar Bach successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eendracht Vooruit's Qwinten Vercammen was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 62nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. KEZ Toppfotball's Bjørnar Bach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timothy Van Goethem in the 66th minute of play. Albert Sande's late challenge caught a Eendracht Vooruit's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albert Sande helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Eendracht Vooruit booed when KEZ Toppfotball was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Sande didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bjørnar Bach stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timothy Van Goethem's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. A well placed Timothy Van Goethem short distance shot in the 70th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. After 73 minutes of play, Eendracht Vooruit's Timothy Van Goethem made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bjørnar Bach was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot 76 in the game by Timothy Van Goethem from a close distance when the talented Bjørnar Bach managed to make a qualified save. KEZ Toppfotball's players were relieved. The audience was convinced that Timothy Van Goethem's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bjørnar Bach was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Timothy Van Goethem in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bjørnar Bach, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Bjørnar Bach managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Eendracht Vooruit's Timothy Van Goethem fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bjørnar Bach made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timothy Van Goethem in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qwinten Vercammen in the 88th minute of play forced KEZ Toppfotball's goalkeeper Bjørnar Bach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timothy Van Goethems short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Bjørnar Bach to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eendracht Vooruit's Bas Van der Vloedt got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 97th minute, Frode Todnem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The KEZ Toppfotball fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Eendracht Vooruit were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
