The AC Collins fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Aspar Hagø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 played minutes Inter de Melão got a freekick which was hit by Zeca de Sena. After having played for 14 minutes, Angelo Pietrini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Collins's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Pietrini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Anselmo Scotti notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Inter de Melão's Marcinho Marques. Marcinho Marques was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcinho Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Pietrini in the 20th minute of the match. When AC Collins's Angelo Pietrini in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Marcinho Marques didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelo Pietrini went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Marcinho Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Pietrini in the 41st minute of the match. If Aspar Hagø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inter de Melão's Marcinho Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Pietrini in the 44th minute of play. 0-4 became the score in the 45th minute when Angelo Pietrini elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Angelo Pietrini made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Angelo Pietrini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Marcinho Marques was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 56 played minutes Inter de Melão got a freekick which was hit by Marcelinho Mineiro. In the 57th match minute, Inter de Melão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelinho Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. Alfredo Lemma took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcinho Marques. Marcinho Marques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Aspar Hagø scored 0-7 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcinho Marques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anselmo Scotti got free with Marcinho Marques in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 76 minutes into the match, Inter de Melão's goalkeeper Marcinho Marques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabiano Del Papa. Fabiano Del Papa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Marcinho Marques made a huge save. Aspar Hagø struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Marcinho Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Collins. In the 87th minute Alfredo Lemma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcinho Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anselmo Scotti got free with Marcinho Marques in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute, Aspar Hagø got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92ndth minute of the game Alfredo Lemma who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inter de Melão's Marcinho Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ernani Dias fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inter de Melão's protests and gave Ernani Dias a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd match minute, Inter de Melão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernani Dias to maneuver through the defense. AC Collins's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
