Casper Kleen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franciszek Jeziorkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute Karl-Erik Trulsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Piszczor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Piszczor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Erik Trulsson in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Jadymy Durś was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pankracy Cempa to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Piszczor was a little too slow when Karl-Erik Trulsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. Casper Kleen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franciszek Jeziorkowski in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Krister Thedin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Piszczor. Jadymy Durś's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Krister Thedin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 40th match minute, Mean Machine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Stål to maneuver through the defense. Jadymy Durś's Filip Klewinski got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karl-Erik Trulsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Edgar Piszczor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Erik Trulsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Stål's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Piszczor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Casper Kleen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartosz Komanski in the 58th minute of the match. Edgar Piszczor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Erik Trulsson in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match Emanuel Stål shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Piszczor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Erik Trulsson in the 71st minute of play forced Jadymy Durś's goalkeeper Edgar Piszczor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Piszczor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Stål, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fryderyk Dobrzechowski hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 80 played minutes Jadymy Durś got a freekick which was hit by Florian Solibieda. Casper Kleen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franciszek Jeziorkowski in the 86th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Izydor Rakiewicz got free with Casper Kleen in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Mean Machine players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
