A collision led to Minion Mim getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Mattias Valckeners hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Christian Peeters hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laurentino Teixeira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Constantijn Bracke. Minion Mim's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Silvério Amaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantijn Bracke. Minion Mim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvério Amaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The supporters of Sporting Clube Patrício booed when Minion Mim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yannik Leenknecht didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvério Amaro succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. 24 minutes into the game, Sporting Clube Patrício's Silvério Amaro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Constantijn Bracke made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Jannis Callewaert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Caio Carmona made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Minion Mim's Laurent Rouckeloos got a free kick in the 34th minute. Sporting Clube Patrício's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Laurentino Teixeira in the 36th minute. The corner led Sporting Clube Patrício's Laurentino Teixeira to fire away a dangerous shot which Constantijn Bracke despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Constantijn Bracke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Altino Paião's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd match minute, Sporting Clube Patrício was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Chagas to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Yannik Leenknecht in the 44th minute really tested Caio Carmona's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Alexandrino Quintas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Constantijn Bracke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jochen De Muysere to make the kick off. Minion Mim's Jannis Callewaert got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Minion Mim's Mattias Valckeners got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 61stth minute of the game Eliseu Mourinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Minion Mim's Constantijn Bracke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Silvério Amaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Altino Paião left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Clube Patrício fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 74th minute, Michel Reijckmans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Laurentino Teixeira came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Sporting Clube Patrício fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laurentino Teixeira couldn't finish the play. Constantijn Bracke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu Mourinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The supporters of Sporting Clube Patrício booed when Minion Mim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Reijckmans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laurentino Teixeira was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Sporting Clube Patrício played a much better game than Minion Mim and deserved their victory. The Minion Mim players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
