In the 10th minute, Mean Machine's Henry Alebäck dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Emad Ashjari struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Casper Kleen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eastern Kurdistan FC. When Jan Ekenberg got free in front of the goal in the 18th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Bamshad Gohari was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Mahmoud Parsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Kleen having to interfere. The supporters of Mean Machine booed when Eastern Kurdistan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mahyar Taherpour didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th match minute, Eastern Kurdistan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shaheen Barzegar to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Yahya Akbari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Emanuel Stål took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Bamshad Gohari to make any attempt to save it. Emad Ashjari kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 45 minutes, Emad Ashjari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eastern Kurdistan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emad Ashjari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Calle Nyström charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Calle Nyström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 48 minutes into the match, Eastern Kurdistan FC's Mahmoud Parsi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emad Ashjari to strike the kick off in the second half. Bamshad Gohari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Alebäck in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Jan Ekenberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mahmoud Parsi in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Casper Kleen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Henry Alebäck fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mean Machine's protests and gave Henry Alebäck a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Mean Machine's zone, Mahmoud Parsi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Kleen came out of the goal and Mahmoud Parsi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 66 minutes, Emanuel Stål managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mean Machine's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Stål was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eastern Kurdistan FC's Emad Ashjari got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the game, Jan Ekenberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Bamshad Gohari was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Mahmoud Parsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Henry Alebäck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bamshad Gohari. Eastern Kurdistan FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henry Alebäck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 88 minutes into the game, Jan Ekenberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Bamshad Gohari was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mahmoud Parsi struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute of the match Emanuel Stål shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bamshad Gohari showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Eastern Kurdistan FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mean Machine.
