Silvério Amaro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Zbigniew Kalinowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Altino Paião in the 70th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Zbigniew Kalinowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Newcastle United booed when Sporting Clube Patrício was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horácio Chagas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Sporting Clube Patrício defense, Mikolaj Jaworski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caio Carmona. The Sporting Clube Patrício fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caio Carmona should have stopped the shot. But to his dismay, Mikolaj Jaworski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-7. If Abílio Lobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Altino Paião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbigniew Kalinowski having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Sporting Clube Patrício left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Newcastle United.
