Edgar Badia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ventzislav Glavev in the 17th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, PERSPOLIS's goal looked a bit too open when Ventzislav Glavev came free, but Edgar Badia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Badia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 庄骏翀's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 庄骏翀 in the 34th minute of play forced PERSPOLIS's goalkeeper Edgar Badia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

PERSPOLIS's Edgar Badia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Acho Oronov in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Ventzislav Glavev made a precise shot to the right of Edgar Badia. PERSPOLIS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 61 minutes into the game, Belasitsa P's 庄骏翀 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgar Badia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. PERSPOLIS's Cipriano Ganix was substituted for Ingmar Bergman. 69 minutes into the match, PERSPOLIS's goalkeeper Edgar Badia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladko Antov. Vladko Antov was slow to take the kick. During this time Belasitsa P's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Guillelme Câmpeanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PERSPOLIS's Edgar Badia did a great save. If 庄骏翀 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, PERSPOLIS's goalkeeper Edgar Badia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ventzislav Glavev. The PERSPOLIS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Belasitsa P's performance. The match ended with a win for Belasitsa P.
