After some careless play in the Sundens BK defense, Fabio Di Giambattista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcus Vase. The Sundens BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Vase should have stopped the shot. Beven Carmichael hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Fabio Di Giambattista struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Marcus Vase didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 9 єуℓϋℓ 1922. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Di Giambattista in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus Vase prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of 9 єуℓϋℓ 1922 booed when Sundens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Eliasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Sundens BK's Börje Törnblom got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute Kurtuluş Babür shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Vase saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Motta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fabio Di Giambattista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, 9 єуℓϋℓ 1922's Burhanettin Berkkan got control of the ball when Börje Törnblom tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Agne Björk fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sundens BK's protests and gave Agne Björk a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sundens BK's Agne Björk got a free kick in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Teoman Renan notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Sundens BK's Marcus Vase. Marcus Vase was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 39 minutes into the match, Sundens BK's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Di Giambattista came free, but Marcus Vase reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Jan Murdza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Teoman Renan made a precise shot to the right of Marcus Vase. Sundens BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Fabio Di Giambattista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Vase read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Kurtuluş Babür had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birger Wall hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Fabio Di Giambattista let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 58th minute shot 0-5 at rihgt post. 9 єуℓϋℓ 1922's Burhanettin Berkkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Pudes in the 65th minute of play. Berker Güneş made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sundens BK's Birger Wall. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teoman Renan in the 77th minute of play forced Sundens BK's goalkeeper Marcus Vase to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 minutes Sundens BK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abdulhamit Beycan who took care of the corner kick. In the 80th minute Teoman Renan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Vase saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 86th minute, but Marcus Vase got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Sundens BK hanging dry this time. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per Eliasson during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
