The audience thought a goal was coming when Candido Urbes got free with Rodolfo Rodrigues in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodolfo Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Urbes in the 11th minute of the match. The supporters of Nova Erechim - FSCMZ booed when Jataiense Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gong Cheng Yao didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute of the match João Miranda sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sem Titulescu skillfully saved the ball. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Rodolfo Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 忠 杨明勇 in the 15th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Jataiense Futebol Clube's corner Lisandro Martínez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rodolfo Rodrigues quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Nova Erechim - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Régis Mello hit a great ball. Rodolfo Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Urbes in the 21st minute of play. Rodolfo Rodrigues stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Candido Urbes's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. When Jataiense Futebol Clube's Candido Urbes in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Candido Urbes ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Rodolfo Rodrigues got control of the ball when Candido Urbes tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Candido Urbes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodolfo Rodrigues. That made the score 2-0 in the 41 minute of play. Candido Urbes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Candido Urbes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodolfo Rodrigues having to make a save. 46 minutes into the match, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Rodolfo Rodrigues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Candido Urbes. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

52 minutes into the game, Songurbey Şahsuvar threw the ball into play from the sideline. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Júnior Brena quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience was convinced that Candido Urbes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Rodrigues was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Sem Titulescu was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Edin Džeko capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edin Džeko really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's Rodolfo Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candido Urbes in the 72nd minute of play. After 73 minutes of play, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Candido Urbes made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jataiense Futebol Clube's Pipo Inzaghi was substituted for Candido Urbes. 79 minutes into the match, Nova Erechim - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Pipo Inzaghi came free, but Rodolfo Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edin Džeko hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pipo Inzaghi in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. The audience was convinced that Pipo Inzaghi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Rodrigues was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Pipo Inzaghi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
