With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zlatan Speed in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Almiro Setúbal saved Sporting Clube Patrício from getting behind. In the 5th minute Zlatan BK were awarded a corner. Thor Månsson went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 6th minute, Zlatan BK's Lars Örtlund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Jiang Gang's late challenge caught a Zlatan BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jiang Gang helped the player get up and apologised. When Eliseu Mourinho came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Sporting Clube Patrício fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseu Mourinho couldn't finish the play. Billy Pihl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jiang Gang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Billy Pihl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 21st match minute, Zlatan BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Eliasson to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd match minute, Sporting Clube Patrício was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertino Anjos to maneuver through the defense. Zlatan Speed's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Almiro Setúbal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 31 played minutes Sporting Clube Patrício got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Cortez. With a little luck, Sporting Clube Patrício's Almiro Setúbal got control of the ball when Zlatan Speed tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 37 minutes of play Sporting Clube Patrício's Jiang Gang was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Jiang Gang kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Almiro Setúbal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Örtlund in the 39th minute of the match. When Albertino Anjos fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sporting Clube Patrício's protests and gave Albertino Anjos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sporting Clube Patrício getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Albertino Anjos hit a great ball. If Zlatan Speed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Olof Björck charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Olof Björck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th match minute, Zlatan BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Olof Björck to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Sá to make the kick off. Almiro Setúbal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Örtlund in the 56th minute of play. If Lars Örtlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zlatan BK's Billy Pihl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Sá in the 65th minute of play. Lars Örtlund took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Almiro Setúbal. Almiro Setúbal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 77th match minute, Zlatan BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zlatan Backer to maneuver through the defense. Zlatan Speed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sandro Cortez during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zlatan BK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
